Q: Can I replace the battery?
A: Yes! Open the battery compartment (under the solar panel) and swap in a new rechargeable Ni-MH battery. Replace every 2-3 years for optimal performance.
Q: How long do lights stay on at night?
A: After a full day of charging (6-8 hours direct sunlight), CE Garden lights run 8-10 hours at night. Duration varies by weather, season, and location.
Q: Do they work in winter or cloudy weather?
A: Yes! Designed to work year-round. On very cloudy days charge time increases but they still turn on. Keep solar panels clear of snow/debris in winter.
Q: Are the lights waterproof?
A: All products feature IP65 waterproof rating or higher. Built to withstand rain, snow, and normal outdoor conditions (no extended submersion underwater).
Q: How do I clean my solar lights?
A: Wipe solar panels with a damp soft cloth periodically. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives. Clean panel = maximum charging!
Q: Why aren't my lights turning on?
A: Check these: ① Switch is ON (back/bottom of light) ② Solar panel gets direct sun all day ③ Remove plastic insulating tab from battery ④ Keep away from bright nighttime sources ⑤ Allow 2-3 days of full-sun charging if unused recently.
